If you’ve ever heard the phrase, two are better than one, it’s a synopsis of a passage in the book of Ecclesiastes 4. The full text reads: Two are better than one because if one falls, he has another to help him up. Don’t we all need a hand up at times? These online groups are intended as a place for you to connect with others entering the season of adult orphanhood (losing our parents) to give and receive informal support. Ingrid Hanson-Popp author of Becoming an Orphan will facilitate six consecutive weeks of 30-minute meetings. Sessions are intentionally short because if you are actively caring for your aging parent, free time is scarce. :) Groups will be a set group of 5-7 participants. Ingrid will facilitate topic discussions, invite a guest or two and encourage members to take part as they feel comfortable. ONE fee of $32.00 (TOTAL) covers ALL six 30 min. group ZOOM sessions.
